At this moment, we only ship within the USA.

Our T-shirts are printed to order, to meet your chosen specification. As a consequence, our T-shirts can take between 1-4 days to print and prepare for dispatch, and then between 2-10 days shipping while it transits to the delivery address. The shipping time depends on distance to the delivery address. Severe weather, holidays and large order volumes, and similar events may affect shipping times. We cannot expedite orders at this time, as they are all printed to demand especially for each customer in the order they are received and shipped using our standard shipping process. Please note that once the package has left the building, we have no control over carrier delays.

T-shirts are printed to order. If you let us know very soon (within a few hours) of placing the order, we MAY be in time to catch the order before it is sent to production and we MAY therefore be able to change some of the details. Generally speaking though, because the T-shirts are printed to order, we cannot change orders once they proceed to production.

You will receive emails when the order is placed, when it ships, and when it is out for delivery. You will receive tracking information in the emails, so you can track it yourself, should you choose.

We rarely experience incorrect or defective deliveries. In the unlikely event that this occurs, DO NOT return the item. Email us within 30 days (and ideally as soon as you see the error) at support@boattogs.com. Include a description of the problem and pictures of the product. Your order will be eligible for replacement if the error was our fault. We will process replacement orders as per our normal orders, we cannot expedite orders for replacements.

Our T-shirts are primarily printed in San Jose, CA. We do however have capability to process orders out of Dallas, TX or Springfield, VA, if this is prudent based on delivery location/shipping times and also to mitigate potential problems from things like the recent extreme weather at one location or another. We currently use Gildan T-shirts for their quality, feel and durability. The Gildan T-shirts we use are manufactured at sites in the Caribbean, some are made in Bangladesh. These T-shirts are made from 100% ring-spun, ethically grown and harvested US cotton. The T-shirts are a lightweight fabric and feel great to wear all year round, on their own, or layered up for warmth. Using these T-shirts, we then print and dispatch to order within the US. We are looking at options for US-made products within our roadmap for the future.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase by PayPal or our credit card processor. We charge as soon as the order is placed because everything is printed on demand. Your order is being printed especially for you and will be shipped very soon.

Our T-shirts are unisex sizing, fitting men and women equally well. Please use the sizing chart in the drop-down box (below the color and size selectors) on each product page. Products run true to size. Please ensure you check the measurements before ordering. Please note that these are adult sizes, they are not child sizes.
